What to expect during a treatment
A consultation is carried out to check for conditions that may affect the treatment and to agree a treatment plan with the client. This will involve agreeing treatment areas, pressure and massage medium. The treatment environment is private, warm and comfortable and you will be draped with towels, with only the area being massaged uncovered. Body Massage is the traditional form of massage with a range of effective manipulation techniques suitable for the whole body.
Hot Stone Massage involves using warmed stones to massage the body. The addition of the heated stones warm the tissues and make this a highly effective and beneficial treatment
5E Massage is a unique massage treatment developed by myself which is a fusion of massage and Kinesiology. This relaxing treatment links to Traditional Chinese Medicine and incorporates many effective kinesiology techniques to balance the body’s energies.
Indian Head Massage can be carried out seated or laying down and focuses on the shoulders scalp, face and arms.
Myofascial Release treatments work on the fascia which surrounds the body’s musculature. Releasing the fascia provides many benefits in improving muscle tension.
Natural Lift Face Massage uses effective techniques from Japanese, Ayurvedic and Chinese traditions to receive tension and increase lymphatic drainage and circulation to the face. Specific techniques tone the facial muscles and improve appearance.
